1. Information We Do Not Collect

Your privacy is our top priority. Specifically:

• No Document or File Storage: PDF Master does not upload, copy, or transmit any PDF files, images, or signatures to any server or cloud service. All processing happens 100% locally on your device.
• No Password Collection: Passwords entered to unlock or protect PDF files are used only in volatile memory during processing and are immediately discarded. We never log or store your passwords.
• No Personal Identifiable Information (PII): We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or location.

2. Permissions and System Pickers

PDF Master follows Google Play’s principle of least privilege:

• Android Photo Picker: When you select images to convert to PDF or add to a document, we use the official privacy-preserving Android Photo Picker. This allows you to select specific photos without granting broad storage or media access permissions to the app.
• Storage Access Framework: PDF files are accessed and saved strictly through the Android system file picker (SAF).
• Network Permissions (INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE): Used solely to load advertisements provided by Google AdMob and to check network availability for ads. No document or user data is transmitted over the network.

3. Third-Party Services (Advertising)

This app uses Google AdMob to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google AdMob may collect and use certain non-personally identifiable information in accordance with its privacy policy, such as:

• Device Advertising ID (AAID)
• IP address (for coarse geographic ad serving)
• App interaction data and crash diagnostics

4. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)

• You can clear all local app cache and data at any time via Android application settings.

5. Data Retention and Security

Since we do not collect or transmit your files, we retain no user data on external servers. All temporary files generated during processing reside solely in your device’s private app cache and can be cleared at any time by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

PDF Master does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
