This Privacy Policy describes how DocStamp Pro (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) treats user information when you use our mobile application. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting sensitive personal documents.

2 Information We Do NOT Collect

DocStamp Pro does NOT require any account creation, email sign-in, or profile registration. We have deliberately built this application so that:

• No Document Uploads: PDF files opened or edited in DocStamp Pro never leave your device.
• No Signature Storage on Cloud: Signatures drawn or imported are saved exclusively in your private local device storage.
• No Personal Identifiers: We do not collect names, phone numbers, email addresses, or physical addresses.
• No Tracking Across Apps: We do not track your browsing habits or share user profiles with third-party advertisers.

3 Device Permissions Used

DocStamp Pro requests only the minimal Android permissions necessary to function:

• Read & Write Storage / Media Files: Required to allow you to select PDF files from your device storage, apply stamps/signatures, and save the exported document. We use the official Android Storage Access Framework (SAF) wherever possible.
• Camera / Photos (Optional): Only requested if you explicitly choose to photograph an existing physical stamp, paper signature, or company seal to import.
• Internet & Network State: Used solely for standard network connectivity checks and Google Play Licensing verification. No user files are transmitted over the internet.
• Notifications (POST_NOTIFICATIONS – Android 13+): Used only to notify you when a PDF export has finished processing in the background.

4 Data Storage and Security

All temporary files generated during PDF rendering or page splitting are stored strictly inside the application’s sandboxed private internal storage (cache directory) and are automatically cleared. We do not maintain any cloud databases or external backups of your documents.

5 Third-Party Services

The application may integrate reputable SDKs provided by Google:

• Google Play In-App Billing: If you purchase a premium upgrade, transactions are processed directly and securely by Google Play. We never receive or store your credit card or financial information.
• Google Mobile Ads / Google Play Services: If enabled, standard anonymous diagnostic metrics or non-personalized advertisements may be provided in accordance with Google’s Play Services Privacy Policy.

6 Children’s Privacy

DocStamp Pro is a general-purpose productivity and document utility. It does not solicit or knowingly collect any personal identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
